We the undersigned wish to commute the death sentance of Clinton Lee Young. Clinton is an innocent man who now resides on Texas death row. Clinton was not given a fair trial as prosecuters gave plea deals to his two co-defendants to plea against him. The same co-defendants that failed a polygraph test just weeks earlier.

The prosecution had no physical evidence proving Clinton Youngs guilt. In his 2003 trial false testimony was presented by the prosecution.

Texas. Evidence proving his innocence was denied at the time of his trial. Clinton is now in the appeals process and his case is being jeopardized due to the lack of necessary funding for investigatory and other defense tools needed to prove his innocence.

Clinton was declared indigent prior to his trial and has had to depend on court appointed representation that never had the proper tools and funding needed to prove his innocence

We ask that you please reopen the case of Clinton Lee Young. We know that he is innocent and we pray that justice will be served and an innocent man will not be put to death for a crime that he did not commit.
