A normal Blackberry should last more then 12 hours with a fully loaded (100%) battery. The Blackberry Curve 9360 isn't able to last this period of time, which leads to a faulty overall product and already has displeased a lot of customers. RIM needs to take care of their customers with a solution to this problem (i.e. software patch or different battery).
