Petition for Investigation of Bob McDonnell et al., for Treason

Greetings:

I petition for the investigation of McDonnell, Chief Justice Leroy Rountree Hassell and other named government officials ("Bob McDonnell, et al."),* to "[resist] the execution of the laws under color of [their] authority,"to obstruct the statutory right of a father and deprive a father of he right to employment and unemployment compensation by enforcing a void order issued in violation of the Void Order Doctrine to punish him in retaliation for petitioning the General Assembly and litigating against their malfeasance (see, 2005 Petition, http://www.liamsdad.org/others/isidoro.shtml).

Pursuant to Va. Code §§ 18.2-481(5), 2-482, and, 499, a Criminal Complaint and Affidavit with the Office of the Governor, Fairfax County Police, the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney and Fairfax County Magistrate Office based on the evidence of treason, misprision of the felony, obstructing justice and business conspiracy (See http://home.earthlink.net/~treason/).
