This is important, because the lack of these options hurts the overwhelmingly large part of the player base, and is leaving players feeling alienated, attacked, ripped off, and slighted. Furthermore, this takes the fun out of playing STF's and leaves no good reason to play them anymore while simultaneously and severely eroding the over all experience of Star Trek Online. Many players are ready to walk out and stop playing this game for good if these rewards are not brought back.
