In big cities there is alot of trash and debris laying around...and also alot of homeless/poor people without any kind of pay....so lets try fixing two things at once....pay the homeless/poor to collect trash if they want to, just paying them a small price for collecting this trash...its better than begging for change  next to the train stations and sorts...

Dear Representative

Lets try to clean the streets with the people in cities that need the job the most.  The homeless/poor  can work for under city workers to clean the streets, kinda like probation picking up trash. Only this way we can give the poor a small amount to help them feed them selfs. Maybe if they push themselves enough they can even get them self off their backs and start a decent life.
