Please vote for the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and the Paycheck Fairness Act.&nbsp; <br /><br />These bills will help reduce pay discrimination in the workplace.&nbsp; Discrimination occurs each time an employee receives an unfair paycheck or pay raise, not just when they first get hired.&nbsp; As you know, the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act allows employees to sue within 180 days of each act of discrimination by an employer, because that is fair.<br /><br />The Paycheck Fairness Act will proactively prevent future wage discrimination against women, and make sure women are fully compensated for unfair pay - to the same extent that other victims of pay discrimination already are.<br /><br />I believe it is imperative for a free and fair economy to have important regulations like this in place.&nbsp; Please vote YES on both these bills.<br /><br />Sincerely,
