Pakistan needs some love

"Pakistan is being treated so unequally while we are the ones who are in the lead role fighting the global war on terror," said Pervez Musharraf, interviewed by CNN's Wolf Blitzer for "The Situation Room." "This is what hurts Pakistan. It hurts the leadership. Indeed, it hurts the government. It hurts the people of Pakistan," said Musharraf, speaking from Dallas, Texas, during a book tour in the United States.

Pakistan is a victim of US policies since Russia was kicked out of Afghanistan. As we all know talibans created by CIA and Pakistan to fight Russia. Then America left Afghanistan after 9-11 for Iraq and now some Americans blame Pakistan for the regrouping of Talibans and Al-Qaida.
USA is fighting extremists in Iraq and USA wants same from Pakistan to fight extremists in Afghanistan and from frontier Areas of Pakistan, Not to forget French army chief Mr Georgelin said that he interpreted British Brigadier Mark Carleton-Smith's comments over the weekend as "saying that one cannot win this war militarily, that there is no military solution to the Afghan crisis and I totally share this feeling".

Here is what America has gone through in Iraq approximate Numbers.
Cost of war in Iraq 1 trillion.
4000 plus US solders dead.
100's of thousands innocent Iraqi has been roasted.
Took 5 years and there are still bombings here and there.
Now USA wants Pakistan to do the same job in more tough areas of world than Iraq, with no equipment like American used in Iraq no money like Americans spent in Iraq. How far American lies will go? Corporate corruption, politicians and news media's lies.Is this Americans are all about?
Let me add more USA is spending approximately $12 billion/month on Iraq and hardly $2 billion/month on Afghanistan. Pakistan probably gets $300 million/year annual aid (logistical support).Compare how many terrorists have America caught in Iraq and Afghanistan (where its an occupation force) and compare to how many terrorists have been caught in Pakistan. More terrorists have been caught by Pakistan than all of the mighty of American army. So well yea, it wont be a far fetched statement to say, Pakistan is at the forefront of fighting terrorists more so than the Americans themselves.
Pakistan has helped America communicate with China which later opened doors for good relationships between China and America during President Nixon time.
Kissinger writes how "boyishly ecstatic" General Yahya Khan was at having pulled off the secret operation. He had personally reviewed each detail of the clandestine departure and arrival and put the full facilities of the Pakistan government at Kissinger's disposal. He asked nothing in return, contrary to media claims at the time; "he performed a great service for our country and it must be recorded that he dealt with us honorably."
Nixon thereafter "adopted a somewhat warmer tone toward Pakistan. He and I were profoundly grateful for Pakistan's role as the channel to China. It was a service for which Pakistan's leaders, to their lasting honor, never sought any reciprocity or special consideration." But then "our relations with Pakistan were marked by a superficial friendliness that had little concrete content."
Then when Russia went into Afghanistan Pakistan was asked to help American and Pakistan just did that.
Not to forget Talibans and some of the people who are running Al-Qaida were brought to life by USA to get Russians out of Afghanistan.They were called and praised as Mujahideens by USA news media.
And lately after 9-11 Pakistan has captured and killed more Al-Qaida leaders than any other country.
Shame on some Americans who are putting down Pakistan and the believe of the people of Pakistan.
Pakistan needs modern schools not war. Close all the madersaas and open modern schools less cost than war but will kill the root of these kids who are geting brain washed by some fake Mula's.
