According to the VFW's latest records (12/2009); over 900,000 Veterans are on a waiting list for a hearing concerning their claims for Disability/Compensation while serving our Nation!

National Health Care is now the Law of Our Nation for all Citizens!

Yet our Brave, Heroic, Men and Women Veterans are put on a waiting list?

Why can't the VA Update, Overhaul, and Reform their Archaic, Antiquated, Obsolete Procedures?  If not now then When?

Greetings, Elected Officials, and VA's Secretary Shineski

According to the VFW, as of the end of 2009, well over 900,000 veterans are on a Waiting list to have a hearing concerning there Claims for Disability and Compensation after Honorably serving our Nation during a time of need.

This is "One National Disgrace" and needs to be addressed immediately!

I myself found out via the VFW in 1996 that I was exposed the Deadly Herbicide Agent Orange in the spring of 1969 while serving in South Korea's DMZ.
Yet, the VA did not recognize South Korea's DMZ Veterans until 2002!
Yes, 33 years after the fact! Now they are insisting that I produce evidence from 1970. The Identical year I was Honorably Discharged after my service in South Korea's DMZ!.

A presumption of cause in my favor is meaningless when accompanied by a demand that I produce forty year old records of treatment for a condition that seemed minor at the time.

I do forward this petition not because I have moderate to severe Cystic-Acne Wish is a sub-form of the Recognized Chlor-Acne from my exposure to A/O,
AGENT ORANGE!
But rather to Help, and Assist, the Approximately One Million Veterans who have Suffered Far Greater Injuries than my own!

Sincerely,
John Ruscigno, 2ND Infantry Division, U.S. Army,
USA Veterans Advocate, Now and Forever More, We Deserve and Earned Better! THE TIME IS NOW UPON US! Since National Health Care has become the Law of our great Nation! So Sad that it took Sen.Ted Kennedy's life to get it passed aka "The Lion of The US.Senate!"
