“Whoever controls the volume of money in our country is absolute master of all industry and commerce...when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.”
James A. Garfield (20th President of the United States of America) was shot in Washington, D.C. on July 2, 1881.

Change is to explain who and why, has allowed to the State, with taxes paid by citizens, that there are salaries out of control. Individuals of the same nation who have helped to build, are found to have salaries / pensions without any reason.
This way of legislation has created a huge public debt and I do not think is fair to keep asking, to those who have not created it, nor even benefited, to make sacrifices in order to redeem him.

Sincerely,
Camillo Di Cicco
