NBC has made the viewing of the Olympics difficult for viewers, having Americans watch delayed events, allowing spoiler alerts to ruin the excitement of the games. Events should be shown LIVE in real time, and in prime time. The Olympics are the games of the world, and NBC fails to acknowledge the world and only focuses on Americans or touching stories of Olympians from other nations, rarely talking about athletes from other nations who win medals as well. Viewers should be shown unbiased coverage, allowing them to watch all the excitement of the greatest athletes in the world competing with one another for the chance to win gold. Online viewing was also difficult as well, needing to sign up and have a cable provider in order to view live coverage online. That is completely unnecessary, and keeps viewers from watching events they would like to watch. Make NBC aware of their faults! Stop NBC's monopoly of Olympic coverage!
