The environmental hazards that bottled water presents has been well documented. I find it disturbing that the NPS, in an attempt to protect the natural wonder of the Grand Canyon, instead fell to the corporate interests of Coca-Cola. Unfortunately, we all know that Coca-Cola is interested in protecting their profits and the sale of bottled water in the Park.

It is truly a sad day when the beauty of the Grand Canyon has a price tag and one that the average park attendee cannot not afford...
