As I'm sure you know, most big bank CEOs admit that their rash actions brought on the recession that caused millions of Americans to lose their homes and jobs and led to a staggering increase in the national debt.  But, now that they are reaping huge profits again, they have resumed paying obscene bonuses.  Banks must be compelled to pay the fee that President Obama, recently announced. In addition, to compensate the national treasury for the losses incurred during the recession, CEOs and upper level employees should be required to pay a special windfall tax on incomes over approximately $250,000 per year, now.
