About this Petition Pledge

Incorporate 2 or more of these easy-to-do options into my home or apartment.

I will switch at least 75% of my household light bulbs to EnergyStar® compact fluorescent lights.

I will check to be sure my furnace is clean, lubricated and properly adjusted.

Since I'm flush and hoping for a tax break, I will replace one or more of my current appliances with a more efficient model.

I will clean the vents of my current system, close unused vents, and change filters in them.

I will keep my house two degrees warmer in the summer and two degrees cooler in the winter.

I will turn on the "energy saver" mode of my current fridge, located near the thermostat.
