The Students’ Union is proud of the many sports team with active, enthusiastic and passionate members. Our sports teams add value to the ‘Student Experience’ and are an asset to the Students’ Union.

This Academic year (2011/12) the University have made the decision to extend formal teaching to 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. This decision has caused problems for sports teams as there is not enough time to travel to Matches that start at 2:00pm

The Students’ Union is calling the University to change it’s policy for the Academic Year 2012/13 to end all formal teaching at 12 noon.
