LIPA have lied,misled and ignored people in the wake of Sandy. They were not prepared properly and have not performed adequately to restore power. They have also provided horrible customer service. Its a miserable decision because they have no competition and the people have to no choice to be at their mercy. We pay our bill and deserve at least good customer service and a public authority that is properly prepared. Politics will allow them to continue without being affected and that's just not fair.

 We demand a new company or multiple companies so we have a choice.
