Google is investing big money into a massive offshore wind energy super-highway. We have a ton of offshore wind potential in the US and apparently Google thinks it's time to take advantage of that potential.

Apparently, 11 East Coast states could get much more energy from offshore wind than they need. And there is several times more wind energy potential than oil and gas potential off the coast of the Eastern United States.

Google hasn't missed these recent findings and isn't missing an opportunity to invest in offshore wind as a result.

Isn't it time for our country to invest in tapping this massive wind energy potential as well?

Let's Follow Google's Lead, Let's Switch from Offshore Oil to Offshore Wind Energy

Google is investing big money into a massive offshore wind energy super-highway.

We have a ton of offshore wind potential in the US. Recent research shows that 11 East Coast states could get much more energy from offshore wind than they need. And that there is several times more wind energy potential than oil and gas potential off the coast of the eastern United States.

Google hasn't missed these recent findings and isn't missing an opportunity to invest in offshore wind as a result.

I think it's time for our country to invest in this clean energy source and get off of offshore oil, especially after seeing the risks of offshore oil drilling this summer.

I urge you, as my representative, to invest a lot more in offshore wind energy and stop allowing offshore oil drilling.
