Chris Horner was not selected to be in this years Tour de France by team director, Johan Bruyneel. Horner has proven he has what it takes, and he wants to be there more than anyone. He currently is ranked 25th UCI WorldTour points. It seems he is holding his end of the bargain for Radioshack.
