The arts have a positive impact on our students, our schools and our communities. We urge the Philadelphia School Reform Commission and school leaders to encourage creativity, and to support and fund school-based arts teachers in all subjects (Instrumental Music, General & Vocal Music, Visual Arts, Dance and Drama) and all schools across the District.
