Audrina Claire Hepburn lost her struggle for life on October 17, 2009. She was a victim of child abuse at the hands of her mother Ashley Nicole Tolley Hepburn. Ashley was originally charged with Abuse by Inflicting Great Bodily Injury Upon a Child  and after Audie lost her battle for her life the charges were upgraded to murder by child abuse. Ashely is currently free after posting $5,000 of her $50,000 bond. The legal system in South Carolina and all over the United States needs to realize that children are important and when they are murdered or abused the abuser or murderer should not be allowed any type of bail or bond. The accused should remain in jail until the case has went to court and a verdict has been obtained. 

Audie's paternal family has been devastated by what has happened to their precious baby girl and are taking a stand to see justice served for Audrina and all other children who are affected by these horrible crimes. I have signed this petition to give a voice to all children who have either lost their life from child abuse or are suffering from child abuse. I am giving a voice to Audrina Claire Hepburn of Mountville South Carolina 06-06-08~10-17-09. Audrina was murdered by her mother, Audrina had irreversible damage to her brain. Her mother Ashley Nicole Tolley Hepburn has been charged with murder by child abuse and has been released on a $50,000 bond, she only had to post $5,000 to walk around free. There is no justice in this, no one who commits a crime of this magnitude deserves to be free on bond to do as they please. A 16 month old child was murdered she was not able to cry out for help. I want to see a change made to the laws, NO BOND OR BAIL ALLOWED FOR ANYONE CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE OR MURDER OF A CHILD. The person or persons charged should remain in custody of the police until the case is heard in court. I appreciate your time in this matter and hope to see changes made in the very near future.
