Get Stacy Lynne Custody of Her Child Back
Get Stacy Lynne Custody of Her Child Back
The Issue
Stacy Lynne has her child wrongfully taken from her by Judge Julie Fields on December 21, 2011.
- 8-year old forcibly separated from his mother and given over into the custody of a father who has not been part of the child's life, and is stranger to child.
- During this transition, the mother was arrested without warrant during her attempt to comply with the judges order, with charges then dismissed.
- No adaptive transition period occurred for child.
- Now the mother, what has successfully parented the child for eight years is mandated to supervised visitation with her child for two hours per week.
- This occurred on December 15th, 2011, just prior to Christmas, making it look like the Court was setting up the child to be “bribed”.
- No allegations against ability of mother to be a parent substantiated by any testimony other than that of a court appointed case worker that NEVER interviewed mother.
- Numerous allegations from witnesses as to the instability of the father.
- Judge was made aware that father was abusive and had threatened to kill mother and child.
- Abuser now has child and child has developed behavioral issues, and is reportedly being medicated.
- The Court agrees it there is no criminal case, orders mom to pay child support and attorney fees to tune of $14,000 to absentee father.
- Possible political retaliation activism for activism / whistle-blowing in Larimer County, Colorado.
- Effective full custody granted to the father for improper reasons.
Please intervene in your executive capacity Governor Hickenlooper. Court officials need to be held accountable for wrongful decisions.
