REACH is a snappy 11-minute video narrated by LeeAnn Trotter, NBC-5 Chicago reporter, that explains the basics of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Act so parents (including those incarcerated) and caretakers of their children and others will understand how to make this law work for the benefit of children who are in a homeless situation.

Even non-homeless people should view it--because you never know who you may run into who could benefit...pass it on!
