i find unconscionable that disabled people are treated like second class citizens, and their funding for needed service's get cut every year. people don't ask to be disabled, and their earning capacity is none or limited, so they are forced to live on a  shoestring every month just to survive. i never see disabled rights mentioned and this site is a good example.        angry in santa rosa ca

many of friends and my slf are forced to live in poverty and follk medical sevices,housing the hud program, and monies have been cut this year to balance the budget. we have little voice to speak up for ourselves, as we spend our lives coping and trying to just exist with our disabilities i plead that we get our needs met and are able to live in dignity.
