This would allow all states, schools, children inner city, suburbs, etc. to be able to have access to CORE curriculums of English, Math, Sciences, as well as multiple languages taught from an early age up consistantly - not just inner city or granted funds.  Each for all, all for one United States Educational Reform Now!

Also for first 2 years of college to be extremely affordable so no one will be turned down or away regardless of parental income.  Ronald Reagan actually did something right in making 2 yr college affordable, just needs to be revamped for all!
