Today, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius ordered the FDA to continue its long and shameful history toward Plan B (the morning after pill) by keeping it behind the counter where women have a much harder time getting it, denying access to millions of American women.

Sign this petition to demand that HHS and the FDA follow the recommendations of the FDA scientist and make Plan B available over the counter.
