High Volume Hydraulic Fracturing is a public health concern that requires further analysis and regulations to protect Ohioans. Ohio rule and regulations are dangerously lacking for this new horizontal drilling. Currently, SB 315 would even gag physicians from sharing concerns about patients’ exposure to chemicals with their local Health Departments or first responders. We must protect the health and welfare of Ohio's citizens and our children.
