Abortion is murder. So why are so many women allowed to abuse this power? The only other way we legalize murder is to sentence a criminal before a judge. Abortion is not a contraceptive but it is treated as such. Women should be appearing before a judge to determine if they are allowed to have an abortion. Such factors should be weighed such as: did they willingly have unprotected sex, did they use birth control, were they raped, and will they die if they do not have an abortion? Judges can determine other factors on a case by case basis.

Several years ago Japan passed a law like this because of their low birth rate and it has worked out very well for them.

This affects me personally because my mom wanted to get an abortion when she was pregnant with me. If it wasn't for my dad to convince her to keep me, I would not be here today.
