 I am coming to you to point out we need to stop shelters that use the gas chambers and heartstick way to euthanize dogs and cats. If you dont know, gas chambers are little rooms that an animal is placed in and gassed to death. Its a very slow and painful death! No way to treat and animal! The heartstick way, is when they put medicine in a needle and stab the animals heart but usually no sedation is done. If the practice is done wrong, it can hit the animals lung and cause extreme internal bleeding!

Dear Federal Government and Representatives, I am coming to you to point out we need to stop shelters that use the gas chambers and heartstick way to euthanize dogs and cats. If you dont know, gas chambers are little rooms that an animal is placed in and gassed to death. Its a very slow and painful death! No way to treat and animal! The heartstick way, is when they put medicine in a needle and stab the animals heart but usually no sedation is done. If the practice is done wrong, it can hit the animals lung and cause extreme internal bleeding! Please stop this, If I get 5,000 signatures by next year on October 11th, 2012. Will you please consider and stop/ban animal shelters who do this? Thank you.----------------
