PLEASE
THESE POOR DOGS ARE IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE HELP.
In Bedford County in the area of Everett,Pennsylvania, USA, these poor animals have been chained for weeks and months. One dog is blind, they are all in very poor condition and in a state of immediate help. There is a dog shelter in Bedford run by very competent people and they have been willing to take the poor animals into care.
The reason why the dogs are still there in chains is because the local District Attorny Bill Higgins, will not give the shelter permission to save them. The D A claims that the dogs are OK and can continue their lives on the streets, chained, starving.
We are starting a petition and need as many names as possible and send the petition to the D A and to the local paper in Bedford and then maybee we can get some action. The abuse of these poor animals is a shame for, not only Bedford, but for the whole nation.This kind of abuse should not take place in a supposedly civilized country who claims to be the most prosperous nation in the world. Please help.

Se på bilden så förstår ni. Det här är en skam, inte bara för Bedford City utan för hela USA. En nation som anser sig vara världens rikaste land med fungerande djurskyddslagar tillåter det här. Vi behöver nu massor med underskrifter för att skicka det till Bill Higgins och till lokala tidningen där som heter The Gazette. Är vi många kan vi göra något.
