America has to have dual speed limit signs . One in MPH and one in KM/H . What if you are coming from Canada and you car in only in KM/H ?

For Example : 50 MPH / 80 KM/H

America has 10% unemployment and this will create temporary employment for America because workers will be put up signs across America .
