FIGHT CPS: STOP THE INVASION OF CHILD WELFARE AGENCIES FROM KIDJACKING OUR CHILDRE

PLEASE HELP ME STOP CPS !!!!

Greetings,

My name is Zelma Renea (Hull) Muhammad. Though born at Charity Hospital in New Orleans; I have lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana all of my life (less these 5 or so years in New York City). I was always top of my class in all schools that I attended (ie: Greenville Elementary; Capitol Middle; Baton Rouge High and Capitol High School). I graduated from Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge in December of 1996 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing. I have been a substitute teacher with the East Baton Rouge School Board since May 1990 throughout my college years and beyond. I have never smoked so much of as a cigarette, nor ever used drugs or alcohol and have not idea what is is like to "GET HIGH" I am a devout muslim ( since 1993) and only get spiritual highs from doing what is right and straying away from what is wrong and helping people in any way that I can. I was having a turbulent year in 2003 because my sister had breast cancer ( and later passed the following year); my mother was diagnosed with a stroke on her left side; I just had my third child late in life (Dawud, 1998) and everything that could go wrong...did. I even started to doubt my faith in Islam due to marital difficulties. I struggled to stay in school to obtain my masters degree in Public Health Administration and I also had my daughter who was excepted in a gifted program and need a great deal of attention. I felt myself on the verge of a breakdown and with no rest in site; I just continued my salats (prayers) and tried to make my marriage work will going to and fro from my mother's home to my sister's home at every beak and call. One of my sister's, stationed in the Army at Staten Island, New York hated to see me overburdened and offered me to come an stay with her for just a few days or a week or so or really how ever much time that I needed. She said, " who knows...you may find a good job in nursing and then your daughter can come and you all will welcome the change". SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!! THE VISIT TURNED TO A NIGHTMARE THAT CONTINUES TO GO ON UNTIL THIS VERY DAY......

I paint this backdrop in order to let you know where I was coming from and how I arrived at where I am now. I have not only been on "THE VERGE OF A "REAL" BREAKDOWN HERE...BUT AM AT ODDS WITH THE SURVIVAL OF MY LIFE". I, while here in New York, have had my child RIPPED from my arms in a manner worst than any evil, brutal event known to man on this planet and not ONE THING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT....even now as I type.
I just knew that I would just literally die...that October 26, 2006, late in the night after 11:00 pm and would never be able to bear it. Little did I know then that MUCH,,,,MUCH,,,,WORSE TRAUMA would follow. I have told my story since then via phone calls, videos, emails, regular mail, word of mouth and any other way that I could think of to the Governors of both New York and Louisiana all the way to the President of the United States and everyone in between in association with child welfare services and CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES but NONE CARES and have done NOTHING. I now turn to the world beyond the UNITED STATES. I now turn to you who read this petition and beg for your signature in hopes that it might in some way STOP THIS DESTRUCTION OF INNOCENT FAMILIES by child welfare agencies and CPS via FALSE ALLEGATIONS OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT. After doing extensive research; I found that this is happening ALL OVER THE COUNTRY (click on www.fightCPS.com and www.kidjacking.com among many others) and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT....WHY?

Have you seen the movie, "The Invasion of the Body Snatchers"? My situation in New York is like this or akin to WALKING IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE or an episode on the "X FILES". It is sad, bizarre but very true. What if you were surrounded by these "body snatchers" and had not a friend to rescue you. The invasion would easily overpower your single defense and would prove fatal to your life in their midst. For true victory and deliverance to be successfully accomplished, a mighty, mighty army, more in number and strength of the 'enemy group' would have to be summoned or else the invasion would succed in conquering their victims and be in charge of enforcing their RULE over the conquered. This is just what has been and is still happening in the city and state of New York in regards to illegal KIDJACKINGS, CAPTIVITY IN CHILDREN IN FOSTERCARE, and ILLEGAL TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. None goes against them because they are frozen in fear that they will be given the same fate and their child (ren) would be illegally taken from them, too. While the rest of the world does not even notice what is going on here; their government completely share NO accountability and have NO regard of these mothers, like myself, who fight for their rights and their child. There is no means of overturning this heartless, evil plot of stealing children from innocent, decent family in the false name of "protecting the child" only to secure continued funding from the government. THIS MUST BE STOPPED.....PLEASE HELP ME DO SO....SIGN!
