Fathers across the US are punished in divorce cases even if no fault of their own. Fathers lose their children along with more than 50% of their pay and not being able to support themselves. The courts even allow the mothers to take the children and move out of state giving fathers less time spent with their children. I believe that in divorce cases mothers should be held responsible financially for their children not just the fathers. Fathers should not be thrown in jail/prison because of loss of job and/or not able to make as much as previous job held before therefor having arrears in child support. Also we need to help to fight parental alienation as it's not in the best interest of the children. Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) It's time for a change in Family Law here in America and time to take a stand!
