Manufacturers should provide entire lifecycle reporting on the greenhouse gases produced by this product through its manufacture, use, reuse, and finally waste.  All constituent components should also have their lifecycles documented.

Consumers should endorse products which document their greenhouse gas emission lifecycles.

Products which have long lifecycle periods for usage and reuse should be endorsed.
