 Gangs and the Drug Cartel are increasing in number throughout the United States and by every legal definition are committing acts of terrorism.  Gangs and Drug Cartel seek to overthrow a neighborhood and become the law in themselves and terrorize communities throughout the nation using weapons such as bombs, guns, even used in the military.  Drug Cartel and gangs engage in dog and cock fighting enterprises to network illicit narcotics and illegal weapon exchanges further bringing disorder and civil disobedience.  They oftentimes bring bloodshed-and shooting deaths-against children, to assert and establish their "territory". (Guns are the leading cause of death with children.)  Gang members and Drug Cartel recruit children to join their terrorist army and teach them animal fighting is normal so they will become efficient cold blooded killers.  They keep children stoned with cocaine and other illegal narcotics to brain wash them, and they torture animals to teach kids to become tough and kill without a conscience.

I urge our Federal Lawmakers to put a stop to this and prosecute ALL gangs and Drug Cartel as what they truly are:   Terrorists against the United States of America for spreading terror-and death-in law abiding communities.  Gangs are NOT the law. Please recognize gang members for what they truly are: TERRORISTS-and should be prosecuted as terrorists.

 If gangs are defined as terrorists--these prison gangs such as Aryan Brotherhood- can be sent to Guantanamo.
