The message "No girls allowed" is offensive. Discrimination against women and girls is a real malaise in the world, and one road block to solving this tremendous problem is persistent sexism in cultures. Dr Pepper has a corporate responsibility to contribute to building a better society, and that means not making light of discrimination. Moreover, Dr Pepper demeans its customer base by presuming that sexism will sell.
