About this Petition Pledge

The majority of slaves in the world today have been trafficked into commercial sex industries, including prostitution, pornography, escort services, massage parlors, strip clubs and other venues.  Traffickers supply these unwilling victims to meet the demand from people who buy commercial sex.  To reduce demand for commercial sex, and therefore demand for trafficking victims, I pledge not to purchase any form of commercial sex, including pornography.  I will encourage those around me not to buy commercial sex as well.
