The FTC is demanding that Internet uses follow new guidelines to make sure there is full disclosure for clients on products, testimonials and medical claims.  

I propose that from this day forth, all doctors have to disclose any benefits they receive when they prescribe drugs.

and

Big Pharma companies must disclose any benefits to doctors or politicians or other parties for promoting their drugs.  And they must be accountable in law for misinformation.

Full Disclosure of Interests by the Medical Profession.

Dear Decision Maker,

I come from Portugal and like many people abroad I am appalled at the state of American medicine. There is ample evidence that doctors are bribed by Big Pharma companies to prescribe certain drugs, that Big Pharma does not believe in taking responsibility for its actions and more over is not content will polluting the American medical scene but wants to dominate the global scene as well.

It is time that pharmaceutical companies become culpable in law for non disclosure of the facts, for manipulating facts, and for inducing medical practitioners to carry out their wishes regardless of the consequences.

If the FTC is trying to enforce disclosure on the Internet, then I propose that full disclosure should be demanded of politicians, pharmaceutical companies and members of the medical profession with regard to the safety and welfare of the American people and of people world wide.
