Do Something Special For Earth Week

The Issue

Earth Week starts on April 20th.
This year take a pledge to do at least one special thing to celebrate it!

Here are a few ideas.
1) Have a tune up done on you vehicles.
This will not only be better for the air we breath but also save fuel and a few dollars for you.

2) Spruce up the land.
Take along an extra trash bag with you on a trip outdoors.
Make an effort to clean up a favorite spot.

3) Volunteer for a conservation and or land improvement project.

4) Landscape private property.
Improve landscaping and maybe do some planting on either your land or help someone else.

These are just a few ways to do something special for Earth Week!  Try one or more of these or one or more of many possibilities! I also encourage you all to post a comment on this pledge,and maybe leave another idea.

Well first and foremost I believe that there has never been nor ever will be a greater cause then the one that Jesus the Christ died and rose for 2009 years ago. I also believe in "one planet, one people." If the leaders of the world would only concentrate their efforts to work together to improve the world instead of devoting so much time and money on ways that could destroy it, what a wonderful world it could be! I was born and raised in Honolulu ,Hawaii. My goal on this site is to connect with good people all over the world and to work with them in doing what we can for the good of all humanity and the animals of the world!
