Dear Senators, Congressmen, Congresswomen and Secretary Vilsack,

I am writing you to express my support for Diana Kaye of Terressentials
who has been nominated for a seat on the National Organic Standards
Board. I would appreciate your consideration of her and hope that you
will appoint her to the NOSB.

Diana is a co-founder and owner of Terressentials, a USDA certified
organic company of body care crafters who base their recipes on fresh,
food-grade, certified-organic ingredients and natural minerals approved for use in growing and processing certified organic foods. Many of the Terressentials products aren't just "organic" by the USDA standards —they're 100% certified organic— every single ingredient is USDA certified organic. Diana has made fighting for the highest organic
standards her top priority and has been involved with the organic
industry since starting Terressentials in 1992. She has worked on
various industry committees to safeguard the National Organic Program,
and to open the National Organic Program’s doors for those personal care companies seeking to produce high quality body care products of
verifiable organic agricultural origin. Diana feels so strongly about
supporting organic agriculture, she has made organic education the
Terressentials mission. When she's not fighting for the highest organic
standards and crafting fresh, truly organic personal care products,
she is operating Terressential's own organic stores and raising organic
herbs in Terressential's own organic research gardens in Middletown, MD.

Diana Kaye has a long history in working in the organic world and her
unique, varied background and experience, and her commitment to
upholding the integrity of the National Organic Program for farmers,
processors and consumers makes her the ideal candidate for the NOSB.
