We are petitioning Diamond Resorts International to provide a list of owners at The Point at Poipu, complete with full contact information – Name, Address, City, Zip, Country, Phone, and eMail, to anyone wishing to run for election to the Board of Directors.  This is currently required by Hawaii State Law as well our  resort By-Laws. Diamond Resorts International is in acting violation of these laws.  Owners wishing to run for election to the Board of Directors will need this information to solicit votes from other owners.  By withholding the list of owners, it is impossible for a new candidate to find sufficient support for a fair election to the Board of Directors.
