When emotional abuse exists, one parent is routinely and systematically pushed out of their children's lives by the opposite parent, and usually with our system supporting it.  These parents have been stripped of their parental rights, their financial resources, and their dignity.  Courts rely on investigations that are often incomplete to help one parent push the other parent out of their children's lives.  Children need both their parents and their relationships should be protected. 

Please sign the petition to let our legislators know that we are serious about stopping parental alienation and emotional abuse, and we expect them to take action to stop it.
