We throw away hundreds of thousands of dollars each year purchasing disposables and paying for consumer waste to be trucked away. The majority of what we send to a landfill can be recycled or composted but as a community we don't know how to reduce our waste and separate our garbage correctly. Our goal is to have the majority of the Clarkson campus fill out this form as a commitment that they will separate their garbage correctly. We will reach a "tipping point" and will create a new, responsible trend on campus.
