Law abiding private citizens in lawful possession of a firearm carried openly or concealed as determined by state law should be allowed to carry inside of a Cinemark USA, Inc. movie theater. Cinemark USA, inc being a private corporation has the right to refuse to allow firearms in their establishments in most states. In states where a "no firearms" sign has the force of law citizens have the right to patronize other establishments. As we can see from the evidence NO FIREARM signs are followed only by those that are law abiding.
