CBS and other television networks faithfully air both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games but completely ignore the Paralympic Games which are always held in the same city as the Olympics a few weeks later. There will be no coverage of the 2012 London Paralympic Games by US television media at all. The United States Paralympic team consists of 227 disabled athletes this year including soldiers injured while serving our country. The Paralympics will be aired on television ine UK, Australia, Brazil, China, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, (even) Iran (!), Japan, Malaysia, S. Korea, New Zealand, Sub-Saharan Africa and Thailand............but I repeat not the United States! The United States supposedly prides itself on treating its disabled citizens as equally as possible and yet there will not even be a streaming Interne feed. Tell CBS and other networks that it is equality for all not just some!
