This petition is Anti-Prohibition but from a very different angle.
It is a petition against the War On Drugs. asking our Legislators and President to seriously consider the vital aspects itemized herein with respect to the issue of RE-legalization of Cannabis species.

This petition clarifies a number of benefits to society when it comes to the ramifications of the War on Drugs (WOD) with respect to Cannabis species.

It also points out some of the major POTENTIAL pitfalls of poorly designed RE-legalization legislations.  
These dangers have nothing to do with the so-called "dangers" of the so-called "drug", Marijuana, AKA Herb.

This is not to deny or ignore the colossal drawbacks of the WOD nor to support it in any way.
