This component in plastic is harmful to the human body. It's used to make polycarbonate plastic and epoxy resins. It's been known to be harmful since 2008. It's already been removed from many products, including plastic baby bottles. Several companies have stopped using it, due to the possible negative health consequences. It can possibly cause cancer, early maturation in children, can make the body insensitive to chemotherapy drugs if cancer does occur. This is such a potentially harmful substance, I can't understand why Campbells still uses it.
This family will no longer purchase Campbell's products until they remove the BPA from their packaging.
