In November of 2009, Antoinette Davis prostituted 5 year old Shaniya Davis to Mario MCNeil for money. Mario McNeal then raped and killed 5 year old Shaniya Davis and threw her body out into a field of Kudzo.  Antoinette Davis put her own child in harms way for money and should be held equally accountable for little Shaniyas death. Shaniya was not given a second chance, so why should her mother who cared nothing for her get a second chance?

This is a call for justice, A call to have Antoinette Davis re-arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.

Call for Justice: Charge Antionette Davis with First Degree Murder

Greetings,

My name is Angela Harris and I am one of thousands outraged by the fact that Antoinette Davis was given a bail and allowed back into society. The repulsive actions of Antoinette Davis led her daughter Shaniya Davis to an untimely death. I am petitioning a call to have Antoinette Davis charged with first degree murder. Antoinette Davis posted bond, a % of 50,000.00 set by Judge Tal Baggett, and the magistrate approved Antoinettes release. By allowing monsters like Antoinette Davis to walk sends the message that it's ok to have your kids killed. A slap on the wrist does not even come close to justice for Shaniya. A drug dealer in this country is more likely to get a higher bail or no bail and spend more time behind bars than a child killer/ trafficker or rapist. Its time to adjust the standards on how bail is granted or not granted that correlate with the magnitude of the crime. The bail in the Haleigh Cummings case was set at $1 million, the bail for the Caylee Anthony was set at $1 million, the bail for Baby Gabrielle was set at $1 million...why was Antoinette Davis who admittedly put her daughter in the position not given a bond similar to the cases above. I wholeheartedly believe she should have never been given a bond and charged appropriately in the beginning, after admitting she endangered her own offspring. This is not the normal behavior of a mother, a mother would give her life to protect the well being of her child. Something is terribly wrong with this entire situation. Antoinette is walking the streets and is a danger to society as well as our children. Please act now and give justice, where justice is due. Please think of the horrific experience poor Shaniya had to endure before her little life was ended. I beg of the state to do the right thing and put this monster Antoinette Davis back where she belongs.
