The California Three Strike law is putting away minors and our precious youth behind bars for so long, stealing a tire shouldnt come with a prison sentence of 7 years or so, only violent felonies should receive a strike, not theft or other petty crimes. only assualt with a deadly weapon, or rape should be considered violent.
