This campaign shames people and also shares facts that are very misleading. It shames people that there are good vs bad foods, and that food hold moral value. The pictures are terrible, and as an eating disorder activist, health is way more complicated than a simple drink choice. Health should be a focus for all people, and not targeted to a sub target group. This campaign basically is sending the message that fat is bad, and thin is good, a very dangerous message to young children and adolescents in a society where the thin ideal is prevalent and a huge pressure on young people to look like a unrealistic and unreachable standard.
