Prosecute the financial criminals! Restore FBI staffing.

The Issue

There is widespread agreement (Bill Black, Alan Greenspan, Joe Stiglitz, etc.) that there is a culture of criminal fraud in our mortgage and banking system. The FBI staffing levels for white collar crime were reduced and are not sufficient given the magnitude of the financial fraud.
