In the small town of Aurelia, Iowa, a retired police officer and stroke victim Jim Sak is currently without the benefits his service dog, Snickers. Why? The city thinks he might be a pit bull. Or at least enough pit bull to be banned from their city. They have enforced their breed ban and Snickers is sitting in a kennel instead of doing his job helping Jim. Please sign this petition to let local officials know that we're all in support of Jim and Snickers being reunited and that breed specific legislation is not the solution.
